The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 看着挺爽，但也全程尴尬…一盲人能搞这个，即能躲冷兵器，又能躲子弹，还能闯敌巢…我是不信的。女反派希娜和探长是亮点。
女主看着脸生，但是好评……希望男女主以后都能拿到更像样的剧本orz
因工作忙临时出差不能去旅游吵架，因家里水管爆了、工作忙没时间拖干净吵架，因工作忙没时间带宠物狗看兽医吵架，因工作忙要陪投资人喝酒而且跟投资经理有暧昧关系吵架… 男主的工作忙跟我们打工人还不太一样，打工人被逼急了大不了辞职不干，这个男主是创业合伙人，自己已经投进去50万元资金，属于老板级别的工作忙，看起来远比打工人更心酸。5.0星，年度最佳，以年为单位，见证中国崛起，见证中国电影崛起。

以年为维度的恋爱，确实会让人想起花束般的恋爱……所以，细节太重要了！
也不算太差，就是电视剧水平。吵架的片段真实到窒息，这类爱情片也就这个拿得出手了，很明显感到分手后就编得力不从心了。其实对这对cp我还是有点感情的，但俩人和三十而已的表演比也大差不差。
没想到跨年夜看了这么一烂片，还好买的不是跨年场，要不真的要心塞。《三十而已》延伸出的这对CP可以到此结束了，之前为了宣传还炒了一波绯闻。杨玏的表演全程被毛晓彤碾压，即便北漂，不论男女都可以养活自己，大家在一起开心就好，别再搞你养我我养你那套了好吗？认真拍部爱情片怎么这么难？
网大的三星，非院线能搞成这样真不错了。观感上老是代入辛芷蕾女主，蛮好玩的。拍摄方面没啥问题我觉得，本子方面确实很差。
光线的电影大多都是MV电影，这个因为演员的原因，质量好了点，但插曲还是特别悦耳，比电影要好。并且最后杨丞琳歌的部分简直可以说是满分MV故事片
五环以内，不准放烟花——如果你看过《三十而已》这部《以年为单位的恋爱》连续剧，那么你大概知道所谓「爱情」神话不过就是一个「以爽为单位的收费」小程序——它是从白「一条道」走到黑，被「贵圈」养大催下马、赶下车、逐出门，甚至关进监狱里的一个又一个瓜。无独有偶，扮演「老白」角色的人不止一个。显而易见，在房东「老白」的《爱情神话》中，那只抢「剩饭」吃的「野」猫并没有本片里的「招财」狗真实。故事从「消费」电影开始，故事的结尾，无论你嘴里的爱情美酒是被「老乌」兑了太多水，还是你「心里」真有那么一点点回甘的余味，都需要经济独立的女性「群体」来为这个想象共同体主动「扫码」付费。至于，出了电影院，谁约谁喝咖啡，谁找谁喝一杯，谁跟谁一起醉，谁跟谁同床睡，都无所谓。只是，中介说了：可以「冷静」后悔，但押金不能退。

电影其实很真实的描绘了两个人从恋爱到分手的细微过程，只是每个人的矛盾原因不同，分手的方式也不同。两个人的结合就是矛盾开始的起点，如果想选择婚姻和爱情那就做好一生与另一半羁绊。电影最后一句想吃火锅了是开始复合的信号，但是请相信，他们未来还有很长的时间去磨合，需要更加努力才行。
