The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧本真的赞，好电影就该是多元多视角两方理由让观众觉得都有道理的。看似疯癫的嬉皮士其实聪明克制，循规蹈矩的好学生却是骚乱源头心机深。也就美国有这种庭审，要在某地。。。。

可能大概的确挺好的吧，但我完全看不下去，整个背景太遥远生疏了
不太了解美国这一段历史，观影过程略枯涩了一点，但结尾小雀斑庭审的那段戏还是很燃的！对比此时此刻的灯塔国，感觉导演有意无意还是借古喻今有一些讽刺的味道，不过反战的思想无论何时还是值得肯定的。
当七君子的形象取代了严肃的议题，就无所谓对错了，历史总是这样，当真相借由更易传播的载体，往往稀释甚至转移了真正的焦点，但如果没有更大众的视角，普通人不会对没有生活重要的事分散注意，就像片中说的，一些人活在50年代，一些人活在60年代。我不喜欢群众运动的主要原因在于，因为容易激化和被引导，到最后都是形式和手段变成了主角。
"审判开始后，很容易就会忘记这一切都是为了谁" ，Abbie实在是个有意思的角色。四星半，庭审最后。。T^T
索金的编剧、叙事剪辑和场面调度处处展现匠工 舞台剧一般戏剧性的冲突在如今美国现状份外切题 年轻的检察官问，“你对你的政府有意见吗？”abbie最终的回答是，“在这个国家，我们每四年实践一次。” 还有更好的答案？

本部电影的人物刻画从这一点来看，仍然有不足之处，挖掘得不够透彻，而法庭上的冲撞对决，插科打诨，很难说会有多少精彩之处。
反战思潮、嬉皮文化、五月风暴，那是“整个世界都进入了青春期”的六十年代。
不敢多说，不敢多说，不敢多说.......
两个多月没有看电影，享受每一分钟。跳出电影的话，对选举的热爱有点迷信了？
用了大量的蒙太奇使叙事有节奏和趣味性，每个人物的性格都很张扬，演员演得很好。政治意义大于故事本身吧。

此时此刻此地，倒是无需去谈论人作为人 自由说话的权利，不妨更多去考虑，人作为人 去包容不同观点的能力。全世界都在看着呢。
当权力要作恶的时候，包括法律程序都要变成其帮凶。人们并非不知道权力的丑陋，只是因为软弱他们选择了岁月静好。体制并非无法被撼动，只是需要躺下成为滚木的受难者。
