The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 典型美国式的夸张和吵闹，剧情内容进度就感觉一直一个套路赶向下一个套路的那种匆忙，需要提醒自己就图个无脑轻松往下看才能看完。三颗星给Frankie和Tay的颜值。

除了第一幕的打斗比较有看点，其余都有点爆米花，要讲的道理不够深刻，无法引起共鸣。剧情节奏也有点快。主角父亲的失踪似乎还在为续集做铺垫
