The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 演员演技都不错。喜欢中间烟雾里翩翩起舞、最后在废墟上搓麻将还有水上病床的镜头

但也有一些穿帮的镜头存在，与此同时不同段落存在色调上的一些差异，风格上也不太一致，容易导致跳戏。有一些意识流镜头不是太能让人第一时间理解。
文艺片能在好好讲故事，真不错。穿插的超现实主义是点睛之笔，喜欢

阿尔茨海默症题材的电影，人的尊严和疾病之间的碰撞。几组长镜头很好，夏天和秦牧家里几场戏的镜头调度很好，多人在不大的家庭空间中交换位置、交谈和摩擦，如同人生病之后的被禁锢。玩球的小男孩有虚有实，结尾是致敬塔可夫斯基吗？整体老夫妇演得好，游泳馆和路过小公园的烟雾戏有点怪，有些小细节能更好：为什么老人说方言、年轻人说的却是普通话？母亲的爆发戏来的有点突然，夏天家里不走却滴答响的闹钟表意不太足，十几年前鬼冢虎就进入中国了？因为疫情导演没能到场，录制的视频只有打招呼、太少了点。
重温了一遍海的女儿。
剧本这么烂最后还是把主角写死。老虚你真不做人。
