长达一个半小时的杰克·吉伦哈尔演技大赏，90%以上都和原版差不多的内容，人物性格和结局的人改动也让这部翻拍的可看性更加丰富，但比起原版没有那么具有真实感和融入感。
马犬真可爱！Lulu喜欢看《实习医生格蕾》笑死。人到低谷的时候确实需要一个拉一把的人和触底反弹的勇气。故事本身就非常一般般，全靠钱老板和马犬本身可可爱爱。
