2020疫情之年，日本人把《绯色的弹丸》往后推了一年，而台湾人却罔顾疫情严峻自己动手把TV动画京都篇剪成这部电影圈钱，光凭这个，这部片就只能打一星。
整部片子的亮点就是这次打斗从各个角度展示了一下水之呼吸基本都有什么招数，该燃的地方也十分燃，而且是一次性看完全部，感觉上会比较连贯会更爽，属于重温性质的片子吧。
新兰yyds！！！陪我兰等了十几年，终于等来了和新一在一起呜呜呜呜呜
