The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 俄罗斯视角里的14年顿巴斯冲突。影片通过卢甘斯克居民的讲述，算是极为直白地将乌克兰政府支持下的民主主义者及志愿武装的行动比较于纳粹军队的作为。影片同时也完全不避讳点出美国的实际介入以及西方雇佣兵的一早存在。最后引出瓦格纳的方式也是蛮巧妙的。

兴百姓苦亡百姓苦。确实如此。乌克兰本身的民族矛盾就比较复杂，外来势力的介入更加剧了国家动荡，也加深了人民的苦难。
比较新颖，很少看这样的片子，通过片子可以了解到那些年代的一些事情。

如果发生在卢甘斯克的事情是真的话，那么乌克兰现在所遭受的一切就是它的报应。

如果一个人的童年正赶上一个国家欣欣向荣蒸蒸日上的时代，身边的一切都日新月异，同时还有属于那个时代的文化特质，那真的是值得终身回味和大书特书的。正如中国的2002到2012，那时的我们，很多人没有意识到自己正在经历一段变化最快最有活力的时光，如今再回头看看，没有比较就没有感悟啊。

题材绝好，关于乌克兰卢甘斯克几种力量的战争电影，导演执导这样的作品功力欠缺，开头惊艳，越看越平庸，因为这个题材给予三星
拍得还算不错，絮絮叨叨地带观众走入导演自己的少年时代。要说共鸣是难，却很容易代入自己的年少时光，陷入一些怀念之中。
