The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事比较简单但确实是古代民间故事的味儿，画面则是杂糅了多种传统艺术，脸谱、剪纸、传统玩具、年画、寺庙绘画的元素均有引用，因此影片的民族特色非常鲜明，这也是本片盛赞的一点。联系诞生年代即可知影片中诸多赤裸裸的讽刺源自哪个时代——那个时代的创作者是不可能回避这个主题的。比《大闹天宫》《哪吒闹海》弱，因为不管是主题还是画面表现都差了一截。
去安利大聖反而吃安利了，中國動畫快點歸來吧！！
这才是传说中的中国风吧；不是给小孩看的吗，干嘛弄那么惨的结局；配音很棒，完全不用字幕添累赘；这里面的玉帝是大吃货，皇帝是小皮孩，蛋生是个喜欢从中间开始吃烙饼的小朋友。
小时候看过很多遍的动画片，现在想起国产动画片依旧觉得是经典。故事性很强，人物特点鲜明，三个笨狐狸很逗趣，印象深刻。

内核很成人，“天道无私”是一种高明的反讽范式。4K重映片尾的纪录片里说，因为和国外合作，才能如此大胆创作，实在让人喟叹。
简直好看到哭，大片feel不解释，没想到30年前的国产动画就这样没有一丝丝防备的戳中了我，无论是画风，剧情，配音，配乐，丝毫不输日漫和梦工厂蓝天皮克斯们，爱死了
老一辈儿的这点好东西，现在可真是一点儿都没留下。

袁叔帅，画面流畅，蛋生这名字很有趣，很好。

10分，剧本实在太好了，小时候超爱看，现在也依然如此。
真的很不明白，特别是在封建社会，为什么人过得那么苦难那么屈辱，妖精还要想办法修炼成人？？？

天书实则是上层阶级对下层阶级统治的资源，天机不可泄露亦是阶级固化的一种形式，而袁公、蛋生所代表的打地主、均土地的共产主义者最终被资本家所扼杀，天书的前言也是资本家虚伪的谎言，
