The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 是好看的，小成本，却又有很多精细的设计，给人感觉就是：游刃有余，并且很乖
题材倒是挺新颖的，就是后面的剧情没拍好，剧本还得再打磨打磨
這劇本過於簡單，也有點扯淡，但感覺導演拍得很起勁，在調度上花了很多心思。但要跟布萊恩·德·帕爾瑪的《情梟的黎明》比就太小兒科了，只能說這點東西對於索德伯格是駕輕就熟的料，沒啥成長。既不夠尊重生活的本質，也不夠尊重電影的本質，兩頭都挨一點點，但結尾女主角換了造型出街很爽，讓我想起一個很可愛的天秤妹子。索德伯格好像是為了完成跟HBO Max一年一部片的合約，沒辦法找了這麼一個本子拍，交貨。對於一個需要創意的行業來說，這樣的節奏著實難以拍出好電影。
对里面涉及到的案子一点也不感兴趣，拍得也比较无聊，和弱智，只想看社恐如何表现和变化的，蓝发粉发都好酷。

大概《芬奇》+《天鹅挽歌》+《KIMI》连着看 就是《黑镜》最新一季吧。
导演索德伯格功底不用多说，但剧情就是一个很小的故事，单线叙事，结尾处理太简单，虎头蛇尾。整个影片看完给人一种小家子气的感觉，但也能理解毕竟受疫情影响，整个好莱坞都不景气，在环境限制下，拍犯罪惊悚拍成这个程度已经很难得了。
前半段满分，从要出门开始拉垮，垮的彻底，真是可惜了前半段的剧情，镜头和她家装修风格是最爱

Can’t really finish it, the actress is way too egregiously annoying and constantly distracted me.
故事算不上出彩，有点girls help girls的意思，但视听语言很不错，zoe的演技也可圈可点。
