The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 疯狂、神秘、混乱、无序、破烂、腐败、惊奇、诡异、恐怖、恶心、不适……真人特效+定格动画，想象力爆炸，模型装置牛逼，基本上是奇观展示，没有逻辑和故事。最后玩了一把创世大爆炸，梦幻联动2001，致敬了库布里克，导演是星战特效师……
动画做出了许多真人无法通过演绎表达的东西，怪诞的作画也能看出许多对人类的隐喻，可整部电影的连贯性并不强，前半部分的惊艳到了最后也变成了空虚。
导演最后一行字幕坐实他脑中的片名其实是「张伯伦：被误解的英雄」
医生从病人尸体中不断取出来的金钱，战争，天灾与人祸。血淋淋的世界
出色的美术和令人严重不适的重口味混合着似是而非不知所云的故事……不推荐，除非口味极重，是真的生理不适到反胃。
对命运重构的欲望没有得到实现，但是确确实实的认知了轮回的意义。
讲得很抽象，又碎片化，还有许多血腥恐怖画面比较无聊
风格很独特，但是完全看不懂，昏昏欲睡地看完
莫名其妙不是探索 丑陋恶心不是荒诞 拼贴杂糅更不是艺术
人无法选择生活的年代，但是可以选择如何面对，嗯嗯嗯，领会到了
真的 一看就是歪果仁搞出來的
扭曲过后的世界或许就是这样血腥荒诞……疯神并不是神，而是异化了的人类自己
导演组肯定没少吃菌类食品，创意极佳，喜欢其中的工业质感
BGM不错的。
美式mind fuck。拍的很好，下次不许再拍了
想象力爆棚的异界观光片，但是又感觉导演在表达什么内涵。拍的好 怪，再看两眼🆘。
就像你生活中遇到那种，你得承认他真的真的很牛逼，但就是没办法和他做朋友那种人
诡异疯癫、变态疯狂、血腥暴力。隐喻大量信息，似懂非懂～膜拜。
前半段比较精彩，跟随调查员探索废土世界，后半段不知所云。
