The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? Life is but a walking shadow
虽然是改编自莎翁经典著作，但与其说是一部电影，不如说是一部电影画面下的舞台剧，唯一亮点就是黑白画风和摄影（估计能拿奖），故事冗长老套乏味，台词也是各种碎碎念，让人看的昏昏欲睡，连奥斯卡老学究们都没给个什么有份量的提名，更别说普通观众会有多喜欢，唯独的影帝提名在本届众多优秀种子选手面前也显得黯淡无光。两星吧，不推荐。
舞台感太强，削弱了电影的魅力。演员说着莎士比亚台词，却没有一丝古典的韵味，人物身体语言、动作语言、房屋建筑均让人出戏，整个就是一现代舞台剧。麦克白的贪欲动机生硬单薄，所以他的毁灭也难以引起共鸣。

【2022Movie02】麦克白的悲剧（2021）。莎士比亚的戏剧一直想看却没有看，从这部电影来看还是挺有趣的。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
最出彩的是王后，最复杂的是那个奴隶似的传话官，但“麦克白”本身似乎还少了一点。
麦克白的悲剧，重点放在“悲剧”二字上。基本上在黑白光影中将暗处的悲剧呈现出来，阴暗是绝对的黑，偶尔侧身时似乎还有光。大段大段体现矛盾心理的台词，给眼睛“窒息”感，很精彩、很累。极简黑白风又像杂志插画，略显刻意了。
有点吃惊，莎士比亚到今天仍然有旺盛的生命力。看了半个小时，竟然被深度的吸引了。
还有多少人能够接受莎翁的对白和戏剧的风格呢。

不喜欢 明明摄影布景都很摩登 但陈旧感却扑面而来 就好像在一个很封闭的空间里上演的话剧 忍不住睡着了
科恩妻子劝科恩兄弟决裂，对照麦克白的悲剧。
I dare do all that may become a man; Who dares do more is none，这句话我觉得可以概括全部麦克白想表达的内涵，最后一句不是要说没有人比我更男人/勇敢，而是说越界了他就走向了不是一个男人、一个正常人的limbo，这就是他的悲剧
太一般了，一直在用全景卖弄陈旧的黑白建筑摄影美学和用特写夸示演技之间疲劳地切换，选角亦不出彩，有黑泽明、威尔斯和贝拉·塔尔等版本在先，科恩出一部这样的新版实无必要
科恩采用表现主义，却又把古典表现得过于古典，反而少了一些新意
极简的影像后面是乏味化，摄影很好，莎翁的对白听一次有一次新的感受。
ps.科恩嫂什么都好，就是走路姿势注意一下，自身走路方式太有标志性了
英语级别低者不友好，我就是。
摄影和转场太好了。看科恩拍莎翁，总觉得里面人物会干出奇怪的事情hhhh
