The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 吵架还是拍得不错的，但是突然就好了也有一点突兀，为啥庄凯勋说话那么像张震
說出彩點好像也說不太出來，但的確是特別普遍到非常容易引起共情
不过也可以理解大多数人无法代入这个电影，毕竟这种复杂的经历很少人会有。就一个影视作品而已，这部片也是少见的压抑，基本就是全程下坡，到最后才稍微上抬一下。

整体拍的中规中矩，真正的亮点在表演，林嘉欣真是不错，大女儿也演的很好。

背景和故事内容相似，却比瀑布流畅太多了。结尾仓促了些。
女儿还无法学会体谅父母的哀愁痛苦与崩溃。父亲和母亲两人各自的一段哭泣，被生活的重担压垮。
女儿看着就跟韩片《爱.回家》里的小孩一样叫人厌烦。说明一个道理，在家庭关系里，幼子代表的既是索取的角色，而厌恶被索取是人类的共性，这点不会比动物更理性。或者承担家庭时就已经签下了这份承诺，一方将会只知道索取，另一方始终无怨无悔。我们把这份承诺称之为“爱”。
自然主义表演和摄影的范本。
要负担起一个生命的责任，还要面对自身的恐惧、疲倦、自我怀疑，真的好重好重。

然而两位主演的表演与单薄的文本形成了惊人的对照，在碎片化的冲突与和解里，母女二人仍然贡献了细腻丰富的表达。

这个时间段看这个真的窒息，尤其是几段吵架戏。女孩自身面对的文化冲突基本没有展开。
台湾家庭片这两年开始陷入一种怪圈，每一个成员都在寻找生活的出口，但就是不能坐下来好好聊聊，明明同住一个屋檐下，你就是感觉不到他们是一家人。
