The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 小时候最喜欢的动画,没想到这么大了再重看还是这么有意思.
虽然说是被一群幼儿园小朋友教育什么是青春，但u1s1确实还挺热血。那些曾经觉得无意义的事，做过的很傻逼的事，都是我们的青春，那正是我们的青春。燃烧吧！享受吧！少年！！

我觉得小时候应该看过，但确实记不得了，不知道是不是当时被吓到或者怎样……其实中国动画就应该这样，很有自己的特点，无论是故事还是绘画。层层递进地故事情节丝毫不会让人觉得无聊，每一层毫无拖沓。
天书奇谭最有趣一点：那聚宝盆可以凭空出爸爸，却不可以凭空出财富？财富都是从四乡八镇老百姓家搜刮来的。这一设定，就把叙事视角从单纯的道德警示（贪婪无度）延展到了社会经济意识形态（财富分配）……
青春是什么？我们拍了那么多校园青春片，最后还不如人家五岁孩子给出的答案明白。

如今看，它的叙事手法很不大一样，有别于好莱坞类型片，可惜这种叙事方式没有机会发展出属于中国的特色，那个时代就灰飞烟灭了。
