The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 披着怪兽外衣的拳击片，怪兽的造型也不是特别丰富，甚至有按照人类体型框架塑造；整个过程过于顺利，转折也没有很深入
怪兽摔跤是个很蠢的创意，没有任何技巧可言，全靠蛮力和bgm取胜，很无趣
感动。居然看出了不抛弃不放弃，还带有诙谐幽默。

三星半。巴瑞·莱文森带着教科书般的发挥归来，一部没有任何废话的传记片，扎实又流畅。即便剧本脉络较为常规，但这样的完成度着实令人景仰。道格拉斯·克莱斯利用光线和声音的变化作为剪辑点，无法忽视的突出。本·福斯特优秀到，如果明年初奥斯卡男主提名没有他，那就是整个学院的奇耻大辱。

世界观不完全，逻辑不通顺，剧情老套且平闷。就是一个照抄套路的动画而且还能抄的乱七八糟。
实在是过于平庸。我还以为影片最后会有父辈们消失之谜的解释
