The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 三星半。福田知盛将服化道完全融于视听语言，令传记题材有了很强作者性。尽管剧本主体略显常规，但执行力突出。尤其是在本尼迪克特·康伯巴奇极高水准的表演下，癫狂与卑微若隐若现。奥利维娅·科尔曼细腻的旁白，与情节形成鲜明对照，恰到好处。克莱尔·芙伊不错，但安德丽娅·赖斯伯勒非常抢眼。猫党的狂欢。
影片中两个场景，足以五星好评！更何况本尼的演技令人折服！影片已然讲出了人生的真谛，人生本是不幸，我们把美好的折射出来，即可！

前半部分挺好，姐姐的情节和林允儿爱上男主真是出乎意料。后半部分，全员演技在线，但有点悲伤也有点拖沓。7.5分

很努力展现艺术家眼中的世界，提供了很多风格化的场景和构图。但作为创作重点并放入片名的'Electrical'，仍然是靠旁白在讲，而且也没讲好。
整体来说可以的，允儿的造型很漂亮，故事情节由真实改编，整体上还不错，也能让人看懂，对于亲情的描写也刻画了出来，影片整体的情调看着还是不错的。
本质上是个爱情片，同时又割舍不掉画猫这一部分，很牵强地用“world is beautiful”来串联，非常散乱。
