叙事技巧高超，但内容还是脸谱化的政治正确。

曾经我们看到的美国法院，是十二怒汉那样，12个人为了一位素不相识的小男孩在狭小的密室里推演辩论，最后男主角在昂扬积极的背景音乐中，满怀希望的走出法庭。那部电影里传达出来的美国精神和制度自信可见一斑。而在这部作品中的美国法庭，混乱无序，充满了偏见和愚昧。那种小人物在巨大的国家机器前的无奈与愤怒让身处大洋彼岸的我们都感到熟悉而陌生。那套公正的自由民主再也无法说服所有人了。
太激动人心了，镜头语言和剧本编排都超好，最喜欢嬉皮士。

虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。
