Ten years ago, Ginny (Toni Gonzaga), an Architecture student, and Marco (Piolo Pascual), a History professor, began a one-of-a-kind and unpredictable love story. In the five years that they were together, they brought out the best in each other, which included Marco's unrealized dream of becoming a chef. Together, they worked towards their dream of opening up a restaurant, but when Ginny realized her own pursuits were different from his, she rejected his wedding proposal and left the country for a Masters degree in Architecture. 剧情太老套了，设定也太老套了，在韩国满是犯罪电影，这里的设定依然同质化，甚至毫无新意。剧情人物反转都能猜到，小男主的演技很中规中矩，赵震雄的角色也是比较脸谱化。
结尾太淡了，男生的成长经历有曲折，但共情的的部分不够，对美国阶级分层的刻画也止于表面。爹型大本还是很性感的，比他年轻时鞋巴子脸顺眼多了。

很文艺的作品，里面金句频出。在没有父亲的成长中，舅舅外公很好的弥补了男性角色的空缺，让jr能有一个正常的人生，有希望的人生。“we are the desendant of the luck”

赵震雄又胖回来了，这部完成度比较高，剧情也比较商业化，看的途中都忍不住站队赵和崔，动作戏也还可以，最后的剧情落入俗套，可能还是演员演的比较出色吧！挺吸引人的，可以说无尿点，但是不值得二刷
一个男孩的成长历程。稍显平淡的故事，还是能让人看的津津有味，作为导演的乔治·克鲁尼干得不错。

本扮演的舅舅一角的确有内涵，社会早就分成了三六九等，拼命的付出改变现状去对抗阶级间的一句顺水人情…
有些时候略显冗余，但是Uncle Charlie被描绘的太美好了，我真是暗戳戳给暖到了！最后JR开车那段好自由，这一刻他就是作家。
Oh. I actually kinda liked it... made me laugh. Acting feels a bit forced, not sure about this casting, story itself is probably more entertaining/touching through words than a big screen, I guess
略微有点没看懂…比如 除掉罗英彬怎么就是为了车东哲了 再比如 最后崔民载讲那一段咋就能把朴刚尹给放出来了… 不过高潮部分蛮精彩 朴刚尹中弹后 没有用传统的升格 倒像是抽帧 感觉蛮独特的 还有朴刚尹被逮捕时 和崔民载的对视 仿佛包含了无奈、释怀等许多情绪
大本和小泰倾尽全力的表演，一首接一首的老歌金曲串烧，再多温情的梗都没法挽救这部平庸流水账式的回忆录，原著没看过，再一次证明畅销小说并不是好电影的必要条件。

电影里有句话很认同：警察要始终立身于警戒线上方，黑与白，站哪一边也不行，只要市民们支持我们的工作，我们始终都能站在灰色地带上方，当然，稍有不慎，人们会把我们纳入黑的那一方，这就是警察。游走在河边的人，把握不好这个度，那就是“唯独不要当警察”！

剧情方面没有什么很有趣的地方，人物方面也没有什么有趣的地方，动机上面有点意思，但也没啥大意思。整体看起来就是平平淡淡，无功无过，没有风格，比较失望
