The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 韩国政坛还真是乱呀，难怪很少有总统善终的，韩国还是敢拍，你不得不佩服。
对标其他韩国的政治类电影，这部明显有点弱，但用我们的眼光看，依然相当大尺度。

当宣布连任年限后，紧接着播放了焦灼的足球比赛，群起愤恨的人们一下子坐下来立刻投入到了比赛上，仿佛刚刚的愤怒消失了。这一切都太熟悉了…

当然不值满分，但无论如何也比《南山的部长们》高级吧。相对后者的打打杀杀，《造王者》更接近政治的核心，即使是很初级很幼稚的选举政治。
慢慢的剧情跌宕，人员演技爆表，选举的压迫感迎面而来。背后操手，为了实现梦想的原班人马，感叹，拍的真好。
谁是影子？不过是为了正义形象虚构的分身。暗夜里，身与影合而为一，并无分别。

总体感觉上还是不及《南山的部长们》《铁雨》《特工》。

有南山的部长们同类型电影在前，这部电影显得更弱，轻松的基调和内容也不是那么搭，没什么感触。
