The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 筹备了三十多年做出的定格动画，虽然不解其深意，但我大为震撼，频频作呕。
牛逼闪闪，充满想象力，也运用了几乎一切可以搭配的不同材质的绘画雕塑装置等艺术风格 以及大胆地真人与动画与不同像素级别的特效影像结合，从头到尾就是人类命运寓言
1.导演绝对玩过inside；
如果非要拿出一个很显而易见的故事主线，似乎有点太难。内容过于丰富神奇并且荒诞。非要夸一夸的话，只能说动画才是电影想象力的边界。
像一个血腥疯狂的梦境，适合当噩梦素材，也适合做个横版恐怖游戏
暗黑版的《工作细胞》
导演最后一行字幕坐实他脑中的片名其实是「张伯伦：被误解的英雄」
随便说两个片段：
无序中显现有序，丑恶中浮现美丽，一部十分疯狂且优秀的幻想之作
宗教式的惩罚和对末世的想象。刺激出恶心这样一种强烈的情绪来触发抗拒、厌恶的反应以达到避害、警惕的目的，影片或许是一个警世寓言，混杂着疫情时代的焦虑，让人类反思所有自我毁灭性质的行为。
不说其他，单就这牛逼闪闪的设定和自成体系的世界观。这片形象就是直接面向观众生理，怎么恶心，怎么肮脏怎么来，因此极具挑衅性，它因此挑人，挑它自己的思考者。

地獄的內容 噩夢的形狀
定格动画的巅峰之作。前无古人，后很难说有没有来者。瑕疵其实是表达欲望。如果什么都不想表达就是最最完美的呈现。但后半段那种表达的欲望还是将之拉入了庸俗的泥潭。
压根没看懂。疯神就是人自己吧。感觉导演反宗教且厌恶人类。那些个畸形血肉模糊真是怪恶心怪脏的

前半段比较精彩，跟随调查员探索废土世界，后半段不知所云。
画面设计和音乐完美，少一分是看不懂什么意思，有一种反战的感觉
