The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 艾伦索金用了一个扎实的剧本来借古讽今，借此片指着懂王鼻子开骂。可惜对于各方立场的标签化处理让整个事件缺乏真实感。过于依靠台词推动也暴露了这位大编剧拙略的导演能力。6.5/10
艾伦索金不愧是大师，讲述美国六十年代民运错综复杂的权利与社会关系，剧情紧凑，通俗易懂，人物个性丰富。最后念名单非常的震撼。#豆瓣3000部电影留念#

好久没有看到剧本这么好的纪实电影了，简直为之一振！尽管我政治倾向保守并且像Cartman一样反感嬉皮士运动，但丝毫不影响我被这部片子打动。当鸡蛋义无反顾地撞上高墙，当"blood flow all over the city"，愿你的自由高呼，全世界都听得见。
无论是要流血就在全世界面前流，还是最后宣读一个个因越战死去的士兵名字，你都可以把他划分到政治作秀去。可是，政治作秀本质上并不是贬义词，其关键点在于他所要阐述的是否事实和其背后所追求的目的是什么？强权可以轻易干扰司法公正，警察可以随意摘下徽章，但自由思想不会因此而灭种。
堂而皇之的公开践踏人权，在拥有第一修正案的美国尚且不能拿起法律武器来维护，可见人的权利的维护时时刻刻不能被忽视，被搁置，被让渡。电影最后一幕，当一个个名字被念出，那份真正的爱国者光辉光芒万丈。
好久没有看到这么节奏紧凑的剧情片了，开头短短几分钟交代故事背景，剪辑衔接得也十分自然流畅，还不时穿插一些小幽默。
一星祝愿我们也能有这种社会进步 拍出这类电影
索金比《白宫风云》和《新闻编辑室》表现得更左更偏激，半个月后川普是否还能连任。
