The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 前半段的时候如果这部是其他什么离谱荒唐（褒义发疯类型）动画说不定还会不错，因为有好玩的地方，但是到了后半段，是某个克苏鲁崇拜者控制了整个团队吧？

自百万宝贝后东木就热衷于演这类暮年英雄的角色，拯救别人的同时也尝试跟自己和解，这一部算是其中比较平庸的一部。很多人说拍一部少一部的东木头不应该浪费时间在这种项目上，只是他早就过了要靠拍片证明自己的年纪了，对粉丝来说哪怕摄像机只是架着拍他喝酒侃大山咱也愿意看，何况这个老牛仔还在追车骑马泡妞，完全不减当年。
前一阵我从达拉斯去了了墨西哥城，看完本片就是俩字“舒坦”。片尾的歌曲唱着Find a new home, 或许对东木老爷子来说，美国已经没什么值得留恋的了。
