The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. What Putin said in a TV speech at the midnight makes me put one more star on this film. There’s always a moment when a policy of appeasement won’t work. PS, Jannis is so god damn hot.
虽然晓得看印度神片跟看我国抗战神剧一样，不能深思其中的合理性，可是每当看到主角们受了重伤后，上一秒还是奄奄一息，下一秒打起架来就生龙活虎，战斗力爆棚时就忍不住想要吐槽。
故事有点不可信啊，安保这么差的吗？德国外交官随随便便就可以见英国首相？外交官去见希特勒可以带枪不用搜身？我书读得少也不能这么骗我吧……
可能接下来很长一段时间对于这种宝莱坞式的印度电影都会继续产生PTSD了。
看完印度抗战神片，突然感觉中国的合情合理。
角度很有意思
对印度电影(尤其是南印度电影)来说算不上脑洞大开，就是他们一惯的对体能的超级想象，打破各种不可能。实际上，它的剧情编排非常严谨，每一个重要的情节点以及镜头表现的张力都设计得很好，很有革命现实主义文艺的煽动性，只是当它和极度夸张化的英雄形象结合后，就变得很不现实了。本片导演之前的作品，中国观众很熟悉，有[巴霍巴利王]系列和[功夫小蝇]，前者的“英雄”跟本片一样，都近乎被神化，一方面让观众爽到极点，另一方面紧扣历史和民族主题。
算是跟《兰心大剧院》互文了…在既定历史框架下插入的一系列架空情节还是稍显勉强了

3个小时，前前后后光是印度标志性舞蹈就占了1个钟头，果然印度离不开舞，剧情真的又臭又长，俗套浮夸，但是它真的好过瘾，观感不亚于手撕小日本鬼。角色的神话背景因为不理解印度神话史，所以没有GET到，只觉得2人全程能干翻整个司令部。
以一对挚友的角度映射二战前后，但是历史像按下repeat键的播放器停不下来。
