The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 有些割裂，在于男主的表演的神态、表情、动作带来了强烈的戏剧性和目的性，所以其内心的幻想、意象成了可由此直接解读出的裸露外壳，由此最终消解了部分影像、文本和视觉世界带来的模棱两可的神秘多义性。
本作通过极致的镜头美学对英国古典文学的视觉化呈现，让我时时想起侯孝贤的刺客聂隐娘，美是一样的美，底本也是一样的厚重但又颇有趣味，当然，闷也是一样的闷
除了服化道，表演剪辑叙事好烂啊莫名其妙，白瞎这么好看的海报，最后彩蛋是小女孩戴上皇冠与时俱进端水大师
看得云里雾里！摄影和配乐不错。但感觉得了解亚瑟王和高文爵士的故事背景，还有骑士精神内核才能enjoy；我看着觉得这神神叨叨，作法一般，怎么搞了两个多小时还没完。

观感近似于《银湖之底》，拆开来都巧妙得不行的设计，放一起就是显得无聊。
灯光和BGM营造了一个很棒的世界观。故事中的水有点多，中间就好像是在故意吓唬人。总之真正的骑士是可以直面恐惧
没有很传统的讲骑士精神，甚至带了点堂吉诃德的影子，看了眼原小说的大概内容，电影里面的高文爵士其实挺贴切，反理想化。A24每次都有惊喜，片子的摄影和美术做的很棒，传说的意境感是达到的。其实抛开文化差异，它也是个不错的故事。

如果作为寓言来讲的确冗长，拍摄的风格可以，有那种旧式格林童话调调，没有也不需要缜密的逻辑，您也别问，问您就low了。。。
用影像诗歌讲述了骑士五德的故事，画面好于叙事节奏
黑乎糊、灰寂际、蓝谧密、黄昏浑、红赤耻、绿幽游。最近看了好几部好莱坞，这是要被印度裔演员占领了吗？高文爵士作为凯尔特人原来是和印度裔同种。
镜头语言真赞，基本可以入编画面阅读理解教材，色彩很妙，运镜略有不及，故事性不提也罢，对非教徒观众不甚友好。大胆预测，奥斯卡也许有两三个提名。
