以往能用来“作为方法”的其实无一例外都是“他者”，是借异质存在来反思自我，而“把自己作为方法”则意味着自己既是主体又是客体，是自我中包含了他者，并对这样一个多元自我拉开距离观察，这本身就需要一种极强的反思能力。
大脑体会到的概念，比呈现出的影像好太多，直白一些就是拍得烂，实验了但离实验很远
