The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 好棒的电影哦，感觉挺有生活气息的，我喜欢他们家潮汕的那种房子，自带庭院干干净净的样子
潮汕女人真是一年到头烧纸，“贡献”了多少温室气体啊。
比较接底气，也有生活感，方言、可爱的奶奶和龅牙婆邻居以及妈妈的表现很加分。
不过也是为了切合他们两人分开的主要原因。
传统与现代，突破与规矩，文明与风俗，最后都在亲情中融为了一体。电影冲突的呈现与表达也很高级。
中规中矩的乡土电影和旅游景点宣传片。就表演和故事，以及摄影，值3星。剩下一星是鼓励性质的。

电影本身还挺一般的，有一些小彩蛋，看得出来导演是资深影迷。
用十分朴素的方法讲了一个十分朴素地故事，搭配起来刚刚好
只要拍电影用心，何愁观众不走心呢？女主的脸让我出戏，扣一星。
素人演员碰撞出不一样的火花，融入潮汕本地的风俗和文化，让本来简单的故事更添人情味。
有一种看记录片的感觉，全片的演员一个都不认识，演的却比某些明星好太多，尤其是潮汕妈妈演的真好，这就是妈妈的样子啊
一部讲家庭伦理的潮汕方言电影，虽然小众，但意外的好看。剧情围绕在深圳打工的汕头小伙带杭州媳妇回老家见父母准备结婚展开，是国内比稀缺的乡村题材电影，呈现了一些潮汕的传统民俗，以及两代人对婚姻新旧观念的对抗。妈妈是全片塑造最完整的角色，特别是最后飞机上那句“儿子，妈妈是不是很没用啊”，整个角色升华了。缺点也很明显，开头有部分演员演得很夸张，显得有一些尴尬，后面主角戏份逐渐吃重才好一些。配乐很用心，英文片名“Back to love”更好，可惜排片少得可怜。
很生活化，有烟火气息的电影。别管外人哭还是笑，我们自己好就行。
