The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 七个温暖的小故事，最爱《蒯老伯的糖水铺》和《翼娃子的星期天》。童年时被真心爱过的孩子，长大后肯定不会学坏。希望每一个孩子都能在童年得到爱和温暖。

今年看过最贴近真实生活的电影居然是一系列动画短片。
手绘本改编的动画作品，童趣、治愈、温暖， 7个篇章外在的画风各异，内里基调倒是一致，巧妙以童谣打油诗串在一起，风格由抽象逐渐走向写实。很久没看到这样回归本真的动画了，非常感动。
不论这部影片的票房如何，它始终是迈开了重要的一步，其意义可能在于，国内一场对于动画艺术认知的公开课。短片作者驾驭长片还有一段很长的路要走，作者语言进入公众领域表达还需要通过更多的实践来磨合，但愿有更多的机会给这些作者试炼，中国动画一定会向着明亮那方。
小朋友可能更喜欢哼哈二将。
